Huf-And-Stuff

Got home from work today and the wife was fired up. She marked our sprinklers with little orange flags to troubleshoot the controls of our system (haven’t messed with it since we moved in). Well two of the flags in the front yard went missing and she had a good idea who it was. The neighbor’s daughter, 7, loves riding her bike up and down our driveway because it is the steepest hill on the block. Lucy saw her (Tab) and her friend (Jen) stopped in the driveway so she ran out to confront her.

Lucy: “Tab, have you seen two of the orange flags from the front yard, they went missing”
Tab: “No, I haven’t seen anyone around here (as she looks everywhere but at her)”
Lucy: “Have you seen the flags or know who took them?”
Jen: “Ummmm, uuuuhhh, Tab took them!”

With that, Tab jetted off on her bike to retrieve the flags…first it is flags, next it is my stereo system.

On a totally different note, I dusted off the old Huffy, gave it a good WD40 coat, and threw air in the tires. The wife is taking it for a ride tomorrow.
