Migration of the Monarchs

Monarch Butterflies are on a migratory path from the Great Lakes to the Sierra Madre Mountains of Mexico. During the month of October, the butterflies continue their path, with stopping points at various locations along the Gulf.  They often stop and feed on the nectar of blooming plants along the way.  I was lucky enough to witness this first hand while staying at the Grand Marriott Hotel in Point Clear, Alabama.

I only brought one lens so there is no wide angle full-view of the bush, oh well.
